Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Ali’s Protravel & Tours, our goal is to provide exceptional travel experiences and ensure your complete satisfaction. While each tour is carefully planned to meet your expectations, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to your plans. This policy outlines the terms, timeframes, and any applicable fees for modifying or canceling your bookings, helping you make informed decisions with confidence.

Booking

Booking with Ali’s Protravel & Tours is simple and convenient. Once availability and your travel dates are confirmed, your reservation can be secured in one of the following ways:

1. Full payment via bank transfer, or

2. A 30% deposit via bank transfer, our secure webshop, or a direct payment link. The remaining balance is payable on the first day of the tour directly to your guide in cash (with a 5% discount) or by credit card.

Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please note that deposit payments are non-refundable

For fully prepaid bookings, the following refund policy applies:

• 70% refund for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the tour departure date

• No refund for cancellations made within 10 days of the tour departure date

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotels have their own individual cancellation policies. The applicable terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

Flight Cancellation Policy
Flight cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline. Airline ticketing fees are non-refundable, and cancellation penalties may apply.

Third-Party Services and Tickets
Museum entrance tickets, attraction fees, yacht or boat rentals, balloon rides, transportation services, and other special activities may be subject to separate cancellation policies. Refunds for these services are determined by the respective providers.

Changes and Amendments
Requests to modify the date, time, or details of a confirmed booking must be submitted in writing. All changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Guests who arrive late or fail to join the tour at the scheduled time and meeting point will be considered no-shows. In such cases, the booking will be considered completed, and no refunds will be issued.

Changes to the Itinerary
While we aim to follow the planned itinerary as closely as possible, changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, government regulations, site closures, or operational requirements. Ali’s Protravel & Tours reserves the right to make reasonable modifications when necessary.

Cancellation by Ali’s Protravel & Tours
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to operational reasons or force majeure events. In such cases, guests will be offered one of the following options:

• An alternative tour or travel date

• A travel credit for future use

• A full refund of the amount paid

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their trip investment. Insurance may cover unexpected situations such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, travel interruptions, and lost luggage.

Force Majeure
Ali’s Protravel & Tours is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, political unrest, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements where possible.

Changes to This Policy
Ali’s Protravel & Tours reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply only to bookings made after the updated policy is published.
